About this dua
Narrated by A’ishah: the Prophet ﷺ would seek protection for some of his family by wiping them with his right hand and saying this (Bukhari 5743). Other narrations describe him saying it whenever he visited a sick person, beginning “Adhhibil-ba’s, Rabban-nas”. When praying for yourself, say “ishfini” (heal me).
