At any time; it is also recited during tawaf between the Yemeni corner and the Black Stone.

About this dua

This verse describes the believers who ask Allah for good in both worlds rather than for this world alone. Anas ibn Malik said it was the supplication the Prophet ﷺ made most often, beginning “Allahumma Rabbana…” (Sahih al-Bukhari 6389). Abdullah ibn as-Sa’ib heard him say it between the Yemeni corner and the Black Stone during tawaf (Sunan Abi Dawud 1892, graded hasan by al-Albani).
