About prayer times in Miami

Miami lies at 25.76° N, 80.19° W in Florida. Clocks there follow the America/New York time zone and change for daylight saving: Eastern Standard Time (UTC-5) in winter and Eastern Daylight Time (UTC-4) in summer. Every prayer time on the clock jumps by an hour on the changeover dates, and the timetable above already includes this. Dhuhr, which begins just after the sun passes its highest point, stays between 12:05 PM and 1:32 PM on the clock all year.

The ISNA (Islamic Society of North America) method with 15° angles is the long-standing default for North American mosques, although some communities use the Moonsighting Committee method instead. With this method Fajr starts when the sun is 15° below the horizon before dawn, and Isha when it reaches 15° after sunset. If your mosque follows a different convention, change the method or the Asr setting above and every table on this page will update.

Over 2026, Fajr in Miami is earliest on 4 June (5:16 AM) and latest on 8 March (6:34 AM), while Maghrib ranges from 5:29 PM to 8:16 PM. Daylight lasts from about 10h 31m around 20 December to 13h 45m around 15 June.

Ramadan 1448 AH: on the Umm al-Qura calendar, Ramadan is expected to run from about 8 February to 8 March 2027; the actual dates depend on moon sighting and may differ by a day in the United States. In Miami, the first fast would run from Fajr at 5:56 AM to Maghrib at 6:09 PM (about 12h 13m), and by the last day from 5:34 AM to 6:26 PM (about 12h 52m). See the Ramadan guide for more.

The times on this page are the moments each prayer's time begins. On Fridays, Jumu'ah is prayed in congregation in place of Dhuhr. Mosques in Miami usually announce their own congregation (jama'ah) times, which are set some minutes after the start times shown here.
