About Surah Az-Zalzalah
Az-Zalzalah, "The Earthquake", describes the earth shaking on the Last Day and bringing out its burdens and reporting what happened upon it. It ends with two verses on precise accountability: whoever does an atom’s weight of good will see it, and whoever does an atom’s weight of evil will see it.

Bismillaahir Rahmaanir Raheem
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
Izaa zul zilatil ardu zil zaalaha
When Earth is shaken with her (final) earthquake
Wa akh rajatil ardu athqaalaha
And Earth yieldeth up her burdens,
Wa qaalal insaanu ma laha
And man saith: What aileth her?
Yawmaa izin tuhad dithu akhbaaraha
That day she will relate her chronicles,
Bi-anna rabbaka awhaa laha
Because thy Lord inspireth her.
Yawma iziy yas durun naasu ash tatal liyuraw a'maalahum
That day mankind will issue forth in scattered groups to be shown their deeds.
Famaiy ya'mal mithqala zarratin khai raiy-yarah
And whoso doeth good an atom's weight will see it then,
Wa maiy-y'amal mithqala zarratin sharraiy-yarah
And whoso doeth ill an atom's weight will see it then.
